Bharat Institute of Engineering &Technology (BIET) is the premium Institution amongst the Colleges being administered by Sri Chinta Reddy Madhusudhan Reddy Educational Society, a philanthropic society. BIET started functioning from the academic year 2001-2002 and subsequently attain Accreditation from National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi in September 2007

BIET is located on a beautiful landscape of 120 acres among lavishly grown green meadows, surrounded by flowering gardens with artificial water ponds. The greenery around is very conducive for a wholesome, healthy academic learning.

Presently BIET is imparting quality education to B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA& MCA Courses.  The student strength is around 2500. Faculty has a right mix of senior academicians and Experienced Scientists and Engineers from Government, R & D Institutions and Industry.  All laboratories have acquired the most modern Infrastructure with the state-of-the art quality equipment.

BIET Library, the lifeline for academics and research is one of the finest knowledge Center, for the students and faculty with over 35,000 Volumes of 7,500 Titles, 120 journals & magazines and 3,000 CD ROMs on modern technical topics. It has a digital Library with an unlimited access to all international ‘e’ journals.
